[Demo] Factor of Safety

Descend and dig your way deep into the collapsing earth, every tunnel you carve can bury you alive.

The surface became uninhabitable decades ago after the sun, and the Earth's atmosphere with it, vanished. Whatever survived adapted to a world without sunlight or warmth.

Small pockets of humanity endure underground in the forgotten tunnels of a civilization long dead. You are what is known as a tunnel rat - an expendable scavenger sent to recover valuable relics and scout new ground for those above. A steel cable connects you to the supply train. Should you die, your remains would get dragged back with whatever valuables you might have acquired.

Your orders are simple: Reach the remnants of Metro D17. Recover the artifact within. Do not return without it.

Dig through the earth uncovering valuable loot along the way. 

Every swing of your shovel changes the terrain and every block of earth is governed by physics, dig carelessly and the ground may collapse around you.

The tunnels of the metro are vast and stretch far beneath the earth, make sure not to get lost. 

You are not alone down there, some things have been living in the tunnels longer than you have.

This is a singleplayer tech demo, showcasing the core mechanics of a larger game planned for Steam for Q3/Q4 2026, including a significantly larger diggable world, expanded content and multiplayer.
